The boys and I got Anthony (The NSWIS Gymnastics and Acrobatics Coach) to hit a box for the first time today. Jase and Pat went through first to show him how to do a simple 50/50 on the flat box, then Anthony went for it.
Tomorrow is a day off, but I think we may be going dog sledding, which could be pretty sweet.
